Committees and Their Purpose

Membership and Welcome Committee 

This committee is charged with encouraging residents to join the Association and assisting the secretary and treasurer in maintaining an accurate membership list. The committee welcomes new residents to the neighborhood.

Safety Committee

This committee is charged with providing residents with information and resources to enhance the safety of their property including posting incidence reports of criminal activity in the neighborhood.

Special Events Committee

Members of this committee work to develop and implement various social events for residents of the neighborhood. This includes the holiday decoration contest and the Halloween event.

Technology Committee

This committee is responsible for developing and maintaining the official Association website to include a copy of the bylaws, membership information with a link to join, announcements of upcoming meeting, minutes of previous meetings and other key documents.

Regulatory and Zoning Committee

This committee is responsible addressing community concerns related to land uses, master plans and zoning regulations. The committee members also monitor county and state legislation which may impact this neighborhood.

Transportation and Traffic Committee

This committee is responsible for addressing community concerns regarding road conditions, street signs, and street safety.

Beautification Committee

This committee is responsible for improving and maintaining the public areas of the community.
